Return Policy

Product purchased via this website may be returned at any time within 30 days of shipping for a full refund of the purchase price providing the product is in its original, unused condition, and you contact our Customer Service department in advance for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Upon request, a return shipping label will be provided to facilitate the return. Please write the RMA# on the outside of the return box, and include a copy of your packing list/receipt.

If the product you receive is defective (manufacturing defect), or if you receive the wrong product(s), return shipping cost will be paid by us via the shipping label we will provide. If there is no manufacturer's defect and the order was properly fulfilled by us, you must either arrange for the return shipping yourself, or if you use a shipping label we provide we will deduct the cost of that shipment from your total refund.
